What are the shipping times?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to avoid miscommunication. If you have any question about it, please contact us.

Canada | Orders from Canada can take more than 1 week or more to be delivered. Most are delivered within 10 days but the shipping time is very unstable due the COVID-19 situation. * |
All orders will be dispatched from within 1 business day unless it’s being asked to personalize it with your wishes (for example adding more games) which means 2 days extra preparation before shipping. In peak periods please allow for up to 2-3 business days for dispatch.
All of our Retrobeast consoles are shipped from The Netherlands in Europe. In cases when we are sold out, we will notify you before processing your order. In this case, shipments will take longer than stated.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are very sorry if this happens.
If this situation does occur for you, we request you allow an additional couple of days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, and we have not contacted you about your order, please feel free to contact us.

Do you ship overseas?
YES WE DO!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order is successfully submitted, we then processes your order the same day or the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

When will i receive my order?

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of 8bitstick’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Is shipping included in the prices?
YES!
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

All orders are processed within the same day or the following day, however during busy periods it might take a little longer.

What countries do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What if I receive a damaged / not working product?
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from 8-bitstick, please send us a photographic, or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away (free, of course).
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control, please contact with the shipping courier.
Please see our refund policy below for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
How do i change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which will usually process the same day. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order and we might be able to take care of it.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.
I choosed the wrong version! Can i change it?
If this happens to you, email us at info@8bitstick.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it.
However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we’ll try to help in any case.
We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
Important notice about orders from Canada
Due the COVID-19 situation CanadaPost International mail and parcel services are severely impacted as stated on their official site. By this reason we ask more and more patient from our Canadian customers till everything is back to normal. Orders to Canada can easily take more than 1 week to be delivered due pandemic situation.

Special notice related to Corona virus (COVID-19)
Shipment of 8-bitstick is without disruption so far, and depending on capacity with the delivery companies in your country, you can expect deliveries to happen without significant delays. Please be patient!
