Shipping Policy for the 8-bitstick.

ATTENTION: Shipment of 8-bitstick is without disruption so far, and depending on capacity with the delivery companies in your country, you can expect deliveries to happen without significant delays it can easily take up to 3 to 4 weeks. For our warehouse in  Spain there is no significant delays.

Due the COVID-19 situation, orders from Canada are taking approx 1 month or more to be delivered.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouses within 2-5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Orders from United States are directly shipped from USA warehouse, with a tracking link from USPS send to your mail within 3 days.  (Shipping from United States is not available anymore.)

Orders from Spain and Portugal are directly shipped from Spain warehouse, with a tracking link from Correos Express (for Spain) send to your mail within 2 days. Product delivered in 2 – 5 days to Spain, 3 – 15 days to Portugal.

NOTE: SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES CAN ALSO BE SHIPPED FROM SPAIN!

Possible countries to ship from Spain: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and United Kingdom.

Not possible from Spain, will be shipped from Shenzhen, China: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Latvia, Norway, Sweden

– If you’re from one of the countries which are possible to ship from Spain and want it to be shipped from Spain, please while checking out choose “2-7 days shipping from Spain” otherwise it will be shipped from Shenzhen, China.

Rest of the world is being shipped from our facility in Shenzhen, China. In cases when we are sold out of our warehouses, we will ship your order straight from the factory. In this case, shipments will take longer than stated. We will notify you if it’s sold out, before processing your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are very sorry if this happens.

If this situation does occur for you, we request you allow an additional couple of days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, and we have not contacted you about your order, please feel free to contact us.

* Shipping times that are stated with an Asterix (*) are no longer valid due the pandemic situation around the world. Scandinavia and Europe can easily take up to 1 month or more to be delivered. For Canada read statement “Important notice about orders from Canada” below. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, you will receive an email once the order has been shipped and has been accepted by your country. You’ll get a tracking link and tracking number which you can follow from your local post office. (e.g. USPS, POSTI, POSTNL, POSTNORD, AUSPOST, ROYALMAIL, BPOST, CANADAPOST, CORREOS EXPRESS)

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-12 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification. 

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of 8bitstick’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

The shipping charges for orders are calculated automatically depending on the total weight of your order. Because our product is not “Heavy” we can ship them with no extra costs to more than 200 countries around the world.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, however during busy periods it might take a little longer.

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from 8-bitstick, please send us a photographic, or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away (free, of course).

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. 

Please see our refund policy below for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 1-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order and we might be able to take care of it.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

If this happens to you, email us at info@8bitstick.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it.

However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we’ll try to help in any case.

We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Due the COVID-19 situation CanadaPost International mail and parcel services are severely impacted as stated on their official site. By this reason we ask more and more patient from our Canadian customers till everything is back to normal. Orders to Canada can easily take more than 1 month to be delivered due pandemic situation.
