Shipping Policy for the Magic Cube

All orders of Magic Cube will be shipped with Standard Shipping or DHL Express. Delivery time depends on the shipping country and the shipping option you choose. Generally you will receive your order within 7-14 days with Standard Shipping and 4-10 business days with DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express shipping contains extra 1-3 days processing days.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are very sorry if this happens.

If this situation does occur for you, we request you allow an additional couple of days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, and we have not contacted you about your order, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, you will receive an email once the order has been processed and shipped. You’ll get a tracking link and tracking number which you can follow from the global tracking website Aftership or the official tracking website of DHL Express depending on the shipping option you choose. Please note that receiving the tracking number of DHL Express could take 1-3 days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. There are two option you can choose; standard shipping and DHL Express. Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 days while DHL Express takes 4-10 business days to be delivered.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It’s then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of 8bitstick’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about your order’s status. We’re happy to help.

It depends on the shipping option you choose. Due to our agreement with the shipping companies we offer two shipping options; Standard Shipping and DHL Express.

The standard shipping is included in the price so there are no extra costs to it. For faster shipping with DHL Express there will be extra costs.

Local carrier Yun Express (Free shipping) and DHL Express (Expedited shipping).

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email/sms notification via DHL. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from 8-bitstick, please send us a photographic, or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away (free, of course).

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.

Please see our refund policy below for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 1-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order and we might be able to take care of it.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

If this happens to you, email us at info@8bitstick.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it.

However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we’ll try to help in any case.

We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Shipment of the Magic Cube is without disruption so far, and depending on capacity with the delivery companies in your country, you can expect deliveries to happen without significant delays. Please be patient!
