HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All orders of Miyoo Mini handhelds will be shipped with DPD, PostNL or DHL. Delivery time depends on the destination country, generally you will receive your order within 2-5 days within Europe and 5-12 days outside Europe.

WHERE IS IT SHIPPED FROM?

All of our Miyoo Mini handhelds are shipped from The Netherlands in Europe. There is no customs nor import costs within Europe.

Orders that are shipped outside Europe may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

Free shipping to all of the European countries. We also have express shipping worldwide outside Europe. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

SHIPMENT PROCCESING TIME

Once your order is successfully submitted, it’ll be processed and usually shipped the same or next day unless it’s being asked to personalize it with your wishes (for example adding more games)  which means 1 day extra preparation before shipping.

We offer fully traceable express shipping on all shipments . Once it is on its way to you, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/sms from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 days for dispatch.
