The One-Year TOTAL Warranty provides replace of the Product purchased by you if found to be defective during the term of one (1) year(s) from the date of purchase. When the Product failure occurs due to an electrical or mechanical defect, you will receive a brand new replacement product of like kind, quality and value. Once the Product has been replaced, the Contract will automatically terminate.
This means that, the Product will have a total warranty of one (1) years stated from the date of 8-bitstick Invoice/Receipt of the Product, subject to payment of the applicable fee for the One-Year TOTAL Warranty selected.
8-bitstick warrants that any 8-bitstick is free from workmanship and material defects for 12 months from the original date of purchase. 8-bitstick’s liability is limited to the replacement of the product. 8-bitstick will replace your product at its own discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.
Note that you must purchase the warranty within 30 days of your original purchase, or the warranty will not be valid.
